2003 Holiday Cooking Class
Always a popular event of "Christmas at Historic Trinity is the Christmas Cooking Demonstrations. The 2003 event was Saturday, December 6, 2003, from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Chairperson Karen Fontanive announced that the theme was, "Christmas Day Buffet." Demonstrations were:
- Spinach Pie
- Green Tortellini
- Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage
- Christmas Potato Dish
- Beef Tenderloin
- Christmas Trifle
- Napkin Folding
