This book is a printed product for the 150th Church Anniversary of Historic Trinity Lutheran Church
(the year 2000), depicting all the artifacts, symbols, history and furnishings of Historic Trinity
Lutheran Church. Each item in this book was researched and documented over a seven year period.
The book contains a photo of most items in the church and parish hall with a concise accurate
description of each item. This book is one of the most complete works of any church describing its
fine architecture and outstanding art in stained glass, ceramics, stone, murals, wood carvings, and
ecclesiastical furnishings. This book was compiled by The Rev Dr David Eberhard , Pastor of
Historic Trinity Lutheran Church of Detroit, Michigan, in order to preserve Historic Trinity's
heritage for generations to come.
