HARVEST DINNER

The Harvest Dinner, an outstanding family event, was held on Saturday, November 5, 2011; baked goods and costume jewelry sale at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. It was repeated on Sunday, November 6, 2011; baked goods and costume jewelry sale at 4:00 p.m. and dinner at 5:00 p.m. All proceeds went to the Historic Trinity Ladies Aid ministries. The meal was a “family style” traditional turkey dinner and each table selected a “Turkey Carver” for the evening. This year’s theme was:“Sharing Blessings". All persons attending the dinner were asked to bring canned or boxed food for Thanksgiving Baskets to be distributed to families at Detroit International Academy.
