WILLS SEMINAR

Never going to die? Don't want to talk about death? Afraid to make plans as to what's going to happen to your estate and your family after your death? We are amazed at the number of our members who are always putting off making such plans, for a will, or who fail to let their family, or the Pastor, know of their wishes concerning hospitalization or suggestions for their funeral. Take time NOW to review these questions, and then participate in the Wills Seminar on January 27, 2008. Have you advised your loved ones regarding your burial wishes? Have you planned your estate? Have you made or updated your will? Do you think that you have nothing for an estate? How does one go about estate planning? How do I keep my estate from being absorbed in inheritance taxes? How do I protect my children if something should happen to me? Does the state get my children if I have not specified, in a will, who should be their guardians? How does the doctor, hospital, and family know my desire about extraordinary life saving procedures? Where can I find proper assisted living facilities, skilled care facilities, or a hospice? Don't leave all of these decisions to be made by your loved ones or others. These, and more questions, will be answered by Attorney Penny Carolan, a member of Historic Trinity, at the Historic Trinity Cathedral Ministry LAW - Wills Seminar on Sunday, January 27, 2008, at 10:30 a.m.
