DIRECTOR OF ADMINSTRATIVE SERVICES
Jennifer was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in Allenton, Michigan where she attended and was confirmed at St. Peter Lutheran Church and School, Macomb. She is the first Lutheran in her family. She continued her education at Lutheran High School North and later at Concordia University, Ann Arbor, Michigan studying Elementary Education, Biology, and Music. Upon graduation, Jennifer entered the teaching ministry with Lutheran Special Education Ministries as a Special Education teacher at St. John Lutheran Church and School, Fraser, Michigan from 2001-2003. Jennifer also served at St. Luke Lutheran Church and School, Clinton Township, Michigan as Interim School Music Director from 2002-2003. In 2003, Jennifer accepted a call to Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, Macomb, Michigan to teach fourth grade and be the Director of Children’s Music and continued there until March 2026. Each year since 2019, Jennifer brought her 4th Grade Choir to Historic Trinity to sing for an Advent or Lent service. Jennifer, her husband John, and twin daughters, Abigail and Laura, began worshipping at Historic Trinity in 2020. Jennifer accepted the Director of Administrative Services position here at Historic Trinity in March 2026 and is loving her new role. Jennifer also is a member of the Macomb Area Community Band and enjoys playing the saxophone in her free time.
